Our Sealcoating Process: Ensuring Maximum Protection and Durability

Preparation:

  • Trimming: We start by trimming the grass along the edges of the asphalt to ensure a clean working area.

  • Cleaning: The surface is thoroughly cleaned using wire brushes and walk-behind blowers to remove all debris and dirt.

Surface Treatment:

  • Priming: Any oil or gas spots on the asphalt surface are treated with a primer to ensure strong adhesion of the sealant.

  • Sealant Application: High-quality sealants are meticulously applied to achieve a smooth, uniform finish. This enhances traction and safety, providing maximum protection against the elements.

Curing and Completion:

  • Drying Time: After application, the surface requires 24-48 hours to properly cure without being trafficked.

Post-Service Follow-Up:
